Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says any hope of normal Christmas celebrations is off the table, with COVID-19 numbers marching steadily upward across much of the country. But he says immediate and sharp changes to the way we've been living, tightening social circles and honouring health protocols, could push the spread of the illness down again and save some version of the December holidays.
