    Arkansas Inmate Convulses During Execution

    Arkansas executed its fourth inmate in eight days Thursday night. The lethal injection left prisoner Kenneth Williams lurching and convulsing 20 times before he died. Williams, 38, was pronounced dead 13 minutes after the execution began. (April 28)
