Closing arguments underway in trial for 'Freedom Convoy' organizers
The Crown has made closing arguments in the trial for Chris Barber and Tamara Lich, two of the prominent organizers of the 2022 "Freedom Convoy" protest in Ottawa. They are co-accused of mischief, intimidation and counselling others to break the law, and Barber is also accused of counselling others to disobey a court order. (Aug. 14, 2024)
