    Defence may appeal 14-year sentence in lobster slaying case

    A Cape Breton fisherman has been sentenced to 14-years in prison after being convicted of manslaughter in Phillip Boudreau's death. Joseph James Landry's lawyer says he is considering appealing the sentence.
