    Father of boy who died of meningitis ‘vindicated’ by court ruling

    Canada’s top court has thrown out the guilty verdicts for a couple whose toddler died of bacterial meningitis and ordered a new trial. David Stephan says he and his wife Collet are “extremely grateful” after Tuesday’s ruling.
