    Hundreds Rescued in North Carolina After Matthew

    Fayetteville, North Carolina residents were still coping with flooded and broken roads on Sunday. Officials say they'd be better off staying at home while first responders work to bring the city back to normal. So far, they've rescued hundreds. (Oct. 9)
