Immigrants in Chicago and other U.S. cities have been preparing for immigration arrests since President-elect Donald Trump won the November election. Some have left voluntarily. Others have been designating power of attorney to trusted friends, making plans for childcare in case of separations and installing security cameras in case immigration agents come to their door.
