Though Deputy Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Howard Njoo says late December is still a long time away in COVID-19 terms, the plans he's seen for hosting the annual World Junior Hockey Championships in Edmonton are encouraging. He says the city's experience as an NHL hub city is a big help.
