    Lac-Megantic mayor pushes for U.S. rail reforms

    Lac-Megantic Mayor Colette Roy Laroche has urged U.S. politicians at a congressional briefing session to enact rail reforms to help avoid a similar tragedy to the one that claimed 47 lives in her Quebec town last summer.
