Liberals give BlackBerry $40M to support futuristic car development

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau joined BlackBerry CEO John Chen at the company’s Kanata, Ont. location to announce a $40 million investment. The funding is aimed at helping BlackBerry design the newest version of its QNX software for the next generation of autonomous vehicles, as well as improving skills training for workers.
