    Manitoba delays tax cut to fight COVID-19

    Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister is pushing back a promised tax cut and looking at borrowing billions of dollars to cope with the fallout of COVID-19. Pallister had promised to cut the provincial sales tax from seven per cent to six in July, and now says that's off until next year.
