    Military should stop handling sexual assault cases: Arbour

    Retired Supreme Court justice Louise Arbour says the Canadian military should stop handling sexual assault cases. The recommendation is one of 48 that Arbour made in a new report aimed at ending sexual misconduct in the Canadian Armed Forces.
