Miller says ending racism in health care will take all governments, health professionals
Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller says there are some things Ottawa can do to end racism in Canada's health care systems but that a lot of it will be up to provinces to fix. Miller says he is committed to getting "justice for Joyce", referring to Joyce Echaquan, who filmed racist comments directed at her by a nurse and orderly as she lay dying in hospital in Joliette, Que., last month.
