Mourning continues over Fort Smith plane crash
A Canadian Army ranger says his hopes were dashed after he rushed to the scene of a fatal plane crash in Fort Smith, N.W.T. Sgt. Gordon Rothnie says he's from the town and it's a hard thing to accept. Mayor Fred Daniels says he was too overcome with emotion to speak at a vigil for the victims. (Jan. 25, 2024)
