    New army commander sworn in

    Canada's new top soldier, Lt.-Gen. Marquis Hainse, has been sworn in as commander of the army. In sweltering temperatures in Ottawa, Hainse was given an honour guard featuring soldiers in bearskin hats and red uniforms.
