In Regina, Premier Scott Moe says the federal government's boost to cash advances will give some breathing space for canola farmers nervous about an ongoing trade dispute with China. Scott Moe has been calling for action out of Ottawa since China blocked recent shipments of canola over what many consider to be retaliation for Canada's detention of Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou.
