Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he doesn't see a need for the federal government to impose restrictions on interprovincial travel to fight the spread of COVID-19 when the provinces themselves can set their own rules. He points out the "Atlantic Bubble" and restrictions set by territorial governments have been effective without federal involvement.
