Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with Garry Conille, acting prime minister of Haiti, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly. The two also participated in a meeting of the UN advisory group on Haiti where Trudeau called for critical humanitarian aid for Haiti, which has been in a gang crisis for several years.
