Prime Minister Justin Trudeau attended a Chinese New Year dinner at Floata Seafood Restaurant in Vancouver’s Chinatown on Sunday. He told the packed gala that the Chinese-Canadian community has contributed greatly to the country over generations. Earlier in the day he campaigned with Liberal candidate Richard T. Lee in Burnaby South, where federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is seeking a seat in a byelection.
