Chrystia Freeland is the new finance minister as Trudeau prepares for what he calls a chance to put forward policy to rebuild Canada in the post-COVID-19 era. Trudeau says he is proroging Parliament to present a speech from the throne to lay out that plan, but the reset of legislative agenda won't mean thousands of pages of documents on the WE Charity scandal will disappear.
