No funds for provinces that don't agree to improve long-term care standards, PM hints

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says his government will “happily partner” with provinces that want to improve standards in long-term care and will help them with the costs of doing so. In a year-end interview with The Canadian Press, he says provincial politicians who don’t take that offer will have to explain to their residents why they are not providing the highest level of care to seniors.
