    Nova Scotia COVID-19 case count continues to decline

    Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin says a lower COVID-19 case count will allow schools to reopen in Halifax and Sydney this week and allow travel to and from both municipalities. Of the 17 new cases reported Monday, 14 of those were from close contacts.
