Quebec Premier says he’s ‘confident’ soldiers can remain in long-term care homes

Premier Francois Legault said today he sensed Prime Minister Trudeau is open to keeping soldiers inside the province’s long-term care homes until mid-September but there is no commitment yet. The premier says he wants the roughly 1,000 soldiers deployed in long-term care homes to remain there until the province can train civilian replacements.
