Quebec nixes plan for Christmas gatherings in most of province
Quebec Premier Francois Legault says the province won’t go ahead with a plan to allow gatherings around Christmas. Legault says that with a rise in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, it is unlikely the situation will improve enough to allow the planned gatherings in the province's so-called red zones.
