    Quebec signs on to federal COVID-19 tracing app, Legault makes plea to young Quebecers

    Premier Francois Legault wants young Quebecers to follow public health guidelines, with half of new infections involving people under 30. Quebec’s Health Minister Christian Dube says the province will sign on to the federal government’s COVID-Alert smartphone app in the coming days.
