    RCMP found guilty of Labour Code violation in Moncton shooting rampage

    The RCMP has been found guilty of failing to provide officers with adequate use-of-force equipment and training leading up to the 2014 Moncton shootings. The widow of one of the three Mounties killed says she’s glad her husband didn’t “die in vain.”
