    U.S. border restrictions working well, Freeland says

    Canada and the United States are still working on a possible extension of the closure of the countries' frontier to all but essential crossings. But Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland says the talks are friendly and both agree the current restrictions are working very well.
