Updated Canadian forecast for Sandy

The Canadian Hurricane Centre says Sandy will bring heavy rains to the Atlantic provinces, and strong winds to Ontario and Quebec. Meteorologists say the eye of the hurricane is around 400 kilometres southeast of New York City.
