    Winnipeg safe haven for youth dedicated to slain Indigenous teen

    The federal government announced $350,000 Tuesday toward a Winnipeg safe space for youth, dedicated to Tina Fontaine’s memory. The great-aunt of the slain Indigenous 15-year-old says Fontaine hoped to work with children.
