Health Minister Mark Holland says he's trying to convince U.S. authorities that Canadian dogs should be allowed to cross the border without restrictions. New rules that take effect on Aug. 1 require dogs to be vaccinated and their owners to fill out forms and have vets sign an export document. (July 17, 2024)
