Canada seeks immigration increase for post-pandemic recovery

Federal Immigration Minister Marco Mendicino laid out a plan for increased immigration to Canada over the next three years to help the economy recover and grow after the pandemic. He says despite challenges, he's optimistic the targets can be met and says they are essential.
