Liberals tout climate-change targets that NDP says aren't firm enough
Environment Minister Jonathan Wilkinson and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau say Canada will exceed its commitments to cut greenhouse-gas emissions by 2030 and eliminate them entirely by 2050, with the help of a new bill requiring them or their successors to explain why if they miss those goals.
