Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller says there has been an "alarming" rise in the number of positive COVID-19 cases among Indigenous people, particularly in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Yet there remains what Miller calls an imperfect picture of case counts because of data limitations, which he adds the government is trying to overcome.
