Lametti says Canada weighing options for conviction review commission

Federal Justice Minister David Lametti says he's "profoundly saddened" that David Milgaard, who spent 23 years imprisoned for crimes he didn't commit, died before Canada could set up an independent commission to review claims of wrongful conviction. Milgaard had met with Lametti to advocate for such a body.
