A judge has sentenced a man to 17 years for sexually touching children and making child pornography in several Saskatchewan communities. Richard Dyke is to serve just over 14 years, after taking into account the time he has already spent in custody. Prosecutor Stephen Yusuff says the Crown welcomes the judge’s decision. (May 22, 2025)
