The United Nations on Monday announced it is scaling down its footorint in Gaza amid renewed fighting. UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said Secretary General Antonio Guterres has decided to "reduce the United Nations footprint in Gaza even as humanitarian needs soar and our concern over the protection of civilians intensifies."
