On the third night of an 8 p.m. curfew Thursday, Los Angeles police arrested several demonstrators who refused orders to leave a street downtown. Earlier, officers with the Department of Homeland Security deployed flash bangs to disperse a crowd that had gathered near the jail, sending protesters sprinting away.
