British Columbia's government, the City of Vancouver and three First Nations have signed an agreement to co-operate on hosting seven World Cup games in the city next year. The deal involving the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations is to ensure "interests of the nations are reflected" in planning and hosting the games. (June 27, 2025)
