Austin explains decision to supply Ukraine with landmines
The the Biden administration has approved the sending anti-personnel landmines, which are banned by more than 150 countries, to Ukraine. Outgoing U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said the mines would be able to "slow down" the "dismounted forces" used by Russia to pave the way for mechanized forces.
