FBI releases video of man behind deadly New Years attack in New Orleans
The man responsible for the truck attack in New Orleans on New Year's Day that killed 14 people visited the city twice before and recorded video of the French Quarter with hands-free glasses, an FBI official said on Sunday. In some of the clips, surveillance footage shows Jabbar on Bourbon Street in the early hours of Jan. 1 carrying two coolers that contained improvised explosive devices.
