EU Foriegn Policy Chief Kaja Kallas implied Russian President Vladimir Putin is unlikely to sit down with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for peace talks. Kallas also said it was not up to EU citizens to pay for damage Russia has caused to Ukraine during the war.
