Cuba's capital is paralyzed as president vows to prosecute power outage protesters

Police patrolled the empty streets a day after some small protests took place in neighborhoods of Havana, as blackouts continued. Cuba's president accused the protesters of being "drunk" and said such acts would be dealt with revolutionary justice.
