Andriy Yermak, the head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's office, downplayed the absence of U.S. Secretary of State Pete Hegseth at a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in Brussels on Wednesday. Yermak himself was in Washington for meetings with U.S. officials.
