Quebec filmmaker Denys Arcand sat down with The Canadian Press at the Toronto International Film Festival last fall to talk about his latest feature, "The Fall of the American Empire." The film hits theatres in Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary on May 31.
