Police say a Brampton, Ont. man who was supposedly helping his daughter celebrate her 11th birthday instead faces a first-degree murder charge in her death. The body of Riya Rajkumar was found in the home of Roopesh Rajkumar shortly after an Amber Alert was issued last night.
