Feds introduce law to help Canada's news industry

Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez has introduced a bill to make tech giants compensate papers, magazines and digital news platforms for their work. He says 451 news outlets have closed since 2008, and the law will help support robust, independent journalism.
