B.C.'s premier calls for decriminalization as overdoses peak

British Columbia's coroners service says 175 people died from overdoses in June, breaking records for the second consecutive month. Premier John Horgan says it's time to recognize that people with addictions are dying because of a poisoned drug supply and shouldn't be considered criminals.
