Activists and protesters gathered outside a Toronto courthouse this morning to physically block the city's rental enforcement units from conducting evictions. The blockade, which began at 7 a.m., saw around 50 demonstrators occupy two ramps leading to the parking garage at the Superior Court of Ontario.
