Newly released video of the Mounties' rough handling of a First Nations chief in northern Alberta is disturbing and needs a full investigation so people in Canada understand what happened, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says. He repeated Friday that it's evident that institutions across the country, including the RCMP, display systemic discrimination against Indigenous people and many others.
