Newsroom Ready: Organization key to Toronto library's curbside pickup
The Toronto Public Library began offering curbside pickup appointments at 67 of its branches on June 8. Sarah Bradley, the library service manager for the city's Northern District branches, says that staying organized has been the key to making this new system work. She also says that so far patrons are thrilled to have the libraries back.
